Oh My Gosh! time goes too fast til i can't even feel the ticking hours.November it is now, heading to 2012 for another two months. Well, i've been tracking my old photos that never be published, and i succeed to find these old photos from April 2011 wonderful concert i attended.

These were my memories, my most wonderful memory when i watched Xavier Boyer and friends concert in Kampoeng Jazz in Bandung April 30, 2011. They are TAHITI 80. I'm a huge fans of TAHITI 80 When i heard they were coming to Indonesia, such a bliss for me. The show was great, they sang most of my fave songs of them. EASY is one of my most fave single from Tahiti 80.

Tahiti 80 are a French indie pop band from Rouen and Paris. The group was founded in 1993 by Xavier Boyer, Pedro Resende, Médéric Gontier and Sylvain Marchand.

I feel that 2011 is my winning year, :D i don't why.. but some of the competitions that i joined run smoothly. Such as this Centro Styling Competition with Revlon, using the theme of Colorburst. The contestants have to wear a set of outfit reflecting of Revlon latest product " Colorburst" . The color of vibrant, red, shocking pink, and purple. Here's what i wore, and finally could win another shopping voucher from Centro Surabaya.

MNG. Mango Fall 11 Best Dress

Last month, Cleo Indonesia magazine invited me to attend MNG Fall'11 preview collection at MNG store Tunjungan Plaza with the theme of MNG with the touch of bling. Well, I have to think of the outfit at first anyway. Basically i don't really have much bling collection, and i found a gold-ish long sleeve mixed with fur vest and black wedges. My outfit was inspired by Leigh Lezark wearing Giambattista Valli peacock dress in Paris fashion week

This was a collaboration event held by MNG Indonesia and supported by Cleo magazine. What's quite surprising was they also search for the best dress winner chosen from the attendances. And once again, it's such an honor to be chosen as best dress for MNG Fall 11 Preview Collection. MNG gave me such an amazing goodie bag and free shopping vouchers worth for 50$. I choose a shopper handbag with double knot tie-handles, magnetic button fastening and MNG tab. Huge Thank's for MNG and CLEO Indonesia magazine.

Dear loves, it's weekend already. I feel this whole week is magical for me. I get up with full spirited energy, and smiling wide.Nia one of my best girl brought me such a cute souvenirs during her trip to Europe, she bought me a pair of this purple H&M canvas shoes from Sweden. Thank's huge, love. This is also the first time i wore the dress of TOPSHOP, i've won last week.

And other goodnews, I'm teaching for ENGLISH TALK as a full timer tutor. So when the Saturday comes, it is my time have such great times with my girls. This photos taken at Ciputra World, one of the latest mall in town. In my opinion the mall provides various great tenants, from MNG concept store, Tommy Hilfiger, Aigner, Tod's, etc. I'm wishing you a great weekend also, same as mine. Month ago, Centro dept.store has opened their first store in my city,Surabaya. I know it's a very great news.. more store to shop.Ahahah! But then i got an invitation on email asked me to join their "Most Stylish Surabaya Onliners Competition". These photos were actually the 2nd day of the fashion styling competition, using theme of "Nautical Look".Y'know mixing up blue and red tones and bit of stripes stuff experiment here and there, and here's all i got. We're conducted to style ourself with nautical style and perform it in front of some judges from Centro..walk on the runway. Oh Geez! I was never have any experience to walk on runway like this before :o . But then i just try to walk confidently and show the style up to the judges.

Attention! this post contains full of color burst.. so prepare your eyes. :) Been told you that i'm no longer being a radio announcer, but still i have my side job becoming a host for some events. This photos are taken when i was hosting a sweet 17th birthday on a cafe in town. Reminds me how fun life is at 17th, though i knew it last so long ago. Anyway, i didn't celebrate my 17th birthday at the time unlike this event. I kept it simple and meaningful by reflecting my life back for 17 years journey and made a mature decision to be grown up girl.

The party was awesome, i saw lots of teenagers with cool styles and bright colors are everywhere. Since the party maker asked me to prepare bright colors casual outfit, i choose these turquoise sense mixed with salmon t's.

ps: anyway, if you see unzipped pants.. it wasn't like you might thought i forgot to zip. LOL. *laughtomyself . I gain my weight so the zipper only tight half zipped. I should buy another pants. Haha :)

These photos are the most loveable memories i had during in Singapore couple of months ago. I love Singapore, i love visiting there . Very clean hospitality, everywhere malls and shopping centre, and lots of entertainment spots.

I have such a big luck in visiting Singapore for free, i won the Shopping Queen competition of wolipop.com. I could shop lotsa things there, and big sale is my fave things. Well it's a must for me to visit back Singapore as soon.

After a week of my "jobless and refreshing moment" after resignation, i got a new job interview.
Now, i already have my new activity of being a primary class co-teacher of Singapore National Academy, International School. This is what i call a new challenge, so much challenge.I'm not continuing working in media for now, and start a new thing in life, concerning education. It's a hard work, i understand. Took a lot of responsibility and big effort to be the "students best friend". The first week is the hardest, but i have to face the challenge. I feel quite optimistic and start to love the job. Dear everyone, I'm so glad that July has arrived. As you read in my previous post, i informed you that i'd resign from my job as a Radio Announcer. Now the time has come, yesterday was my last day announcing and give farewell to my beloved listeners. Sad, i know! The hardest time is to say goodbye to them.

Right now, i feel so free as a bird. I could fly the highest sky. I run through the tallest tower. I'm taking back the life i sold before. Basically, i love the job i run before, but as i told you i can't stand for fake people and less appreciation for the work i achieved so far.

This is the time to be free. I can imagine this early July I got a hectic schedule to do, though still I haven't start working in new place yet. I quit working for one routine mon-fri, but I start many things in return that seems so much fun and interesting. July, when it all begins. Yep, visiting Yogya for a week.. Catch up my new thrifted store 2ndhand Shoppe launching thingy in Malang and preparing new profession. And yess, producing my band's Hi Mom! EP and merchandise album package this July.

Hello,been a while since the last post before i went to Singapore for Wolipop Shopping Queen trip last two weeks. I enjoyed the last time traveling and all the fun.

I'm still collecting my photos in Singapore from my friend's camera and goin' to edit them. I can't wait to share it with you,ladies.

Talking of the month of June, by the end of this month i'd end up my job. YESS, it's RESIGNMENT dear everyone. Been working for one and a half years, still got stuck with the same things. Uncleaned team work. Betraying each other. Untrustworthy. Ass-licking all the time. I don't see any good professionalism values there. I'm type of person who always try to do anything in proper way "the best i can do", but when all our efforts means zero for those who didn't give any appreciation .. here's what i called CRAP. IT is hurt and it's SUXXX. So, i made up my mind to stop and spread my wings to another place to fly. Catch my dreams, and be a pro-employee somewhere else. Or maybe i start to be the boss of my own, be an entrepreneur.

I got plenty of plans to do. Big plan, small plan, average plan .. any plans might be great in result when we keep focusing and believe we could make it happen.

Maybe you might read this as a broken heart story of mine, a disappointment, a struggling end to start the new one. But i won't give up my life, the world still turning and i have to keep my head up high. Wish me luck, for anything i planned for, ladies.

I might say, May is a tight and rapid month for me. Several flight schedules, short trip, and compact joys in a flash time ... during this "Busy as a Bee" days, i do enjoy all of those. Last two weeks i went to Jakarta to attend ELLE STYLE AWARDS POND'S 2011 at Citadines Quartier hotel, Jl. Wachid Hasyim, Jakarta. The night was fabulous and meeting great fashion people there. The ELLE STYLE AWARD 2011 also performed several runways to go from the up rising designer such as MEL AHYAR which is my favourite designer. When i arrived by then, the presenter was just announced " The Blogger of the Year Award" goes to Michelle Koesnadi of Glisters and Blisters . Yess, she's a fab blogger and she deserves the award. Congrats Michelle! :)

I'm glad to know that Surabaya got the annual fashion event called Surabaya Fashion Parade. Since i don't live in Jakarta which oftentimes held lot of fashion event, so that i rarely to find such event. This year will be the 4th celebration of SFP (Surabaya Fashion Parade) on May 24 - May 29 2011, can't wait for it. These were the event of last year SFP with the theme of

" L' Ambience d'un Sarong" . All the collections made of Sarong material with unique design from local talented designers.

I hope this year celebration of SFP will be as exciting as last year with the theme of "Fifth Elements".

While the fresh breezy air blowing , the scent of wet grass,grey foggy noon, highest land, Hills, where i set my heart to this. I always dream of taking the loved ones to this kinda place, talking of our unknown future,how bizarre our love story is. But i just have to wait for any other time. I'm longing for him, each and everytime of life.

Month has changed, It's March everyone.. 18 days to go on my 26th birthday.March 27th whoopsie! . Growing after 25 years old means alot to me. But we'll talk about my last day of 25 y.o later on. lol.
Meanwhile i have to prepare myself to face more great challenges in life,this month will be quite a riot for me. There will be some great events on March, The Radio i'm working right now will have their 1st anniversary tomorrow and hold a party bash on 12nd March 2011. On March27th the band i've managed Hi mom! also celebrating their 4th years anniversary the same day with my birthday. Whatta grace for me. And also the global event "The Earth Hour", i plan to have an Eco-friendly acoustic small gig with no electricity involved.

I'll visit some great spots there with besties, sunbathing on the Beach, watching Sunset in reality nature, Souvenirs hunting, and Hang out with friends.

TRIAL AND THE GLOOM

hello, lovelies. How's your life treat you lately? i hope everything is running well as your plans. Sorry for a month absent, been busy with lotta things. And now i'm trying to spread the happennings. Been living in deep grief, My country Indonesia has got several national nature disasters . Flash flood in Wasior , Destructive tsunami in Mentawai , and the latest violent eruption of Mount Merapi in Yogyakarta . Truly breaking most people hearts. Even i wasn't live in one of those places, but i feel so deeply sad. They're part of my country, and i do care of it.

Since i worked in media, announcing in a radio is the hardest thing when you notice the news faster than public, and it's breaking my heart to spread the bad news every morning. I PRAY A LOT for my loving country and mother nature INDONESIA, i hope we will recovery very soon and get up from this mess and life trial and the gloom.

Hundreds victims, thousand refugees, tears and sadness. I can't stand for this. I watch the tv and i cry. All i can do is just giving some helps by looking for a donation accounts and invites friends to join the donation. Back on this blogesphere, I've finished my holiday and back to work. Talking of this post : i speak Faux Leather! well, it's quite torturing wearing this pants. Stretch, Itchy but Great! i love leather items. Although they hard to care. A little short story of this Faux Leather Pants, First time i tried on Zara i fell in love with it. Silly me, i ignore this pretty creature and i can't find it more in the next week. I was so sad and regret, then swearing my self to find it anywhere. God hearin my praying, i Found this lovely pants next 5 months in Zara (Jakarta) with great sale price. Ahhhh...mazing!!!! So dear, Faux Leather please come to momma. Happy to find her.

BIGDAY is coming in two days more!!!!!!

Yayyyyy! It's EID-EL FITR day 2010 Celebration. THE VICTORY DAY for Moslem like me who has fulfilled the Ramadhan fasting ritual in this whole month. Can't believe the day has come too soon. =D . But this year celebration, i don't do any "Mudik holiday Tradition" because i have to back to work on Monday when everyone got their LONG HAPPY HOLIDAY!!!!!! *SIGH .

But that's still OK for me coz' i celebrated it with family in town. And as i could predict, the city will dead in silence. Most of the townsfolk are leaving town!! hurrah! My crowded city Surabaya will be as quiet as can be. =)

By this greatest holy moment of EID-EL FITR, let's celebrate with peace and warm. Happy Eid-El Fitr for all who celebrate.

"It was built by the idea from the Elders of Submarine and NavyKRI Pasopati 410, included to SS type Whiskey Class, made on Vladi Wostok Rusia in 1952. After these three weeks of absence, fiuh.. finally back in track! I've promised you to share things when i was visiting Jakarta for the second time to taking part of High with Friday Album's launch. I was so excited to do my kinda job for the due day. This event held at Planetarium Jakarta.. and you know what.. it was like a miracle show for me personally. Honestly i've never known how's the Planetarium look alike. All i wanted and ever dreamt of is seeing the night sky and stargazing. It did..truly come so true. The show was amazingly perfect. "I'm speechless". This is what i wore on the special day.

For those who never knew the exactly what is the planetarium is.. i'll give you a brief and simple explanation.

Planetarium a theatre built primarily for presenting educational and entertaining shows about astronomy and the night sky, or for training in celestial navigation. A dominant feature of most planetariums is the large dome-shaped projection screen onto which scenes of stars, planets and other celestial objects can be made to appear and move realistically to simulate the complex 'motions of the heavens'. " SURABAYA'S the finest shoegaze ambient rock band " I will be playing a part on their ALBUM LAUNCH CEREMONY!.. FYI,i am adoring this band since i was on HIGH SCHOOL..but it turned to miracle, when they asked me to play a part on their band management exclusively in EAST JAVA REGIONAL... i was shocked to death at the time.Geez..i love FRIDAY
SO MUCH. I bought their first E.P album "mind to get close" when i was in highschool 7 years ago, which you can view it on my previous post.

6. I do hate the feeling of hang over. Darn! makes me wanna shot my own head!

8. I don't use any air conditioner. My parents hate it, and i do too. I can't sleep well with the aircon turn on.
9. I did THRIFTING ADVENTURE since i was 8 years old until now. My dad loves VINTAGE stuffs very much, and he took me to the thrifted markets every sunday morning. Dad searched for his good stuffs.. and me.. my own business to find such lotta VINTAGE or USED DRESS.
10. I am a totally boyish.. inside and out. My Dad wanted to have a baby boy when i was born. That's why he taught me to be as tough as boy. but now i know it's not too good for a female born kid. But, i'n happy for this lesson. Dad built me to be a very strong and tough daughter.. but sometimes a fragile creature!(this last numebr dedicated to my late Dad, may he rest in God's arm now eternally. I love you!
